Key features of the information system include a fully-databased website capable of auto-submission of development news and articles, a detailed resource directory of development professionals, a catalogue of development printed materials in the PhilDHRRA library, an activity calendar plotting the key development activities nationwide, and many other very useful features aimed at collecting, organizing and disseminating development information to the PhilDHRRA network and to the general public.

The website shall have a fully-automated administration back-end site that will allow the site administrator to monitor user log-ins, approve posted articles, create user accounts and other key site management tasks. This kind of a back-end control site characterizes all Asia Allied solutions – independent, automated site management by the client without needing Asia Allied on a recurring basis. This redounds to substantial savings on the part of the client and ultimately leads to more dynamic information exchange.

The PhilDHRRA information infrastructure will be built from the ground up using PHP/MySQL on a FreeBSD server operating system platform. Asia Allied will be deploying a sub-team of four (4) high-caliber programmers and two (2) versatile web developers to complete this project.
