Three distinct stages can be identified in the provision of each Asia Allied service.

Stage 1:   Understanding Needs, Defining Design Specifications (System Analysis)

We make sure we know what you need and thus define what we will do exactly - before we start - so that expectations are leveled off and clarified.

Stage 2:   Development and Deployment

Stage 2 is done working with the actual program user and person-in-charge so that the nitty-gritty details are not missed out and the front-end interphase is friendly and easy to use. Each major milestone in development and deployment is marked by comments and feedback from the user in order to guarantee that the project is on-track.

Stage 3:   Documentation, Support and Value Added

All service is done with full and comprehensive documentation in a plain, non-technical user manual. Intensive project support is guaranteed with the service period. If there are minor, non-foundational added features that a client wishes to have added into the basic feature set, then these are thrown in as part of our value-added service to you!
