Direct Per-Project Benefits |
Aside from their regular compensation, the Asia Allied
team is divided into 4 teams, each having a
Direct contribution to the closing and after-sales
support of each project. Each team divides among its members
a pre-determined monetary incentive from the gross amount of each
closed project.
