Asia Allied offers a comprehensive and market-competitive compensation and benefit package.

Our benefits program allows the individual some flexibility in work style as long as outputs and the agreed deadlines are not compromised. We have a unique combination of flexi-time work load and output basis agreement.

Options Plan
Asia Allied believes that it is its team that is the primary force behind its success. Every full-time member who has spent a minimum of 3-5 years with the company and has contributed significantly to its growth are eligible to participate in our Stock Option Plan.

Direct

Benefits
Aside from their regular compensation, the Asia Allied team is divided into 4 teams, each having a Direct contribution to the closing and after-sales support of each project. Each team divides among its members a pre-determined monetary incentive from the gross amount of each closed project.

Flexible Time Off A liberal time-off scheme allows full-time team members to choose their working hours according to their most productive parts of a day - without compromising agreed outputs in the agreed design specifications. Standard medical, personal and leave benefits further support the team member's special needs.

Medical Insurance Aside from the state-mandated SSS and pag-ibig benefits, Asia Allied also offers to eligible team members, comprehensive medical insurance covering hospital and medicine expenses and accident insurance.
